04 Sept 2009 - Consul General Leoncio R. Cardenas welcomes Consul General Yoshihiko Kamo, the newly-arrived Consul General of Japan at the Philippine Consulate General Office. The two Consuls General warmly noted the very cordial and friendly relations between the Philippines and Japan and expressed their intention to cooperate closely together in further enhancing Philippines-Japan relations in Hawaii where their respective countrymen live and work in great number.
