5 October 2009 - BGen. Elmir S. De La Cruz, AFP, paid a courtesy call on Consul General Leoncio R. Cardenas. He was accompanied by Col. Romeo S. Borres, Col. Crisologo M. Nayve, Capt. Jande S. Francisco and Maj. Manuel B. Bundang. Accompanying them during their call was Capt. Severino Vicente David, PN, AFP Liaison to US PACOM. BGen De La Cruz and members of his delegation are in Honolulu, Hawaii for a four day visit to participate in the RP-US Command and Control Interoperability Board 09-02 Meeting.
