Where we are and our opening hours

The Philippine Consulate General is located at 2433 Pali Hwy, Honolulu, Hawaii. We are open from Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 4 pm, except on Philippine and US holidays. Our trunklines are (808) 595-6316 to 19. For a detailed directory of the Consulate, click here.

Notice to Passport Applicants


As of  16 March 2010, applicants who filed their renewals on or before 19 February 2010 may pick up their Machine Readable Passports at the Consulate.
