30 June 2010. The Philippine Consulate General, Honolulu extends its heartfelt Congratulations to Sec. Alberto G. Romulo on his renewed mandate as Secretary of Foreign Affairs in Cabinet of President Benigno S. Aquino III.  

This appointment is a manifestation by President Aquino’s esteem for Secretary Romulo’s achievements in the field of international relations.  

The Philippine Consulate General, Honolulu convey their best wishes and their full support  to Sec. Romulo a he steers the Department of Foreign Affairs into greater heights of public service.

In this website, you will find information on passports, visas, authentication and notarial services, and other services extended by the Philippine Consulate in Honolulu. 

We are slowly migrating to our new website, a common site linking all Philippine Consulates in the United States and the Philippine Embassy in Washington DC. This site will remain active however and will be maintained as additional reference.

Where we are and our opening hours

The Philippine Consulate General is located at 2433 Pali Hwy, Honolulu, Hawaii. We are open from Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 4 pm, except on Philippine and US holidays. Our trunklines are (808) 595-6316 to 19. For a detailed directory of the Consulate, click here.

Notice to Passport Applicants:


As of 19 July 2010, applicants who filed for Machine Readable Passports on or before 18 June 2010 and those who applied for their ePassports on or before 02 July 2010 may now pick their passports up at the Consulate. Please bring your official receipts and ID's.
